With 25 years of experience as a leader and innovator in the live event technology sector, Phil’s proven ability to quickly identify and nurture talent has enabled him to build world-class teams across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. In 2017 Concise was acquired by Blackstone-owned Encore Global adding digital and hybrid communications channels to their global service offering.
Many former associates from Concise and Encore have launched businesses of their own and they regularly turn to Phil for advice and guidance on hiring the best people.
